Class tonight, and wouldn't you figure? It's snowing...and snowing and snowing. What happened to light snow showers, emphasize "light"? Should I have class tonight? Cancel? Leave it up to the participants?
I hate decisions like this. It seems so minor, but today's business is not only about finding new customers but hanging on to the ones you've got! Cancelling is a good way to develope a bad reputation. I hate to start a new precedent of cancelling class. OK, so going into labor early really was a good excuse for cancelling, but still.
The roads are starting to get really covered now. I better start calling to see how people feel.
